Clark-Kent Mountain Bike
I am looking for information on a Clark Kent mountain bike manufactured in 1994.
It was produced for Kawasaki and there was to be 50 built. The one that I acquired is serial number 1 and I have yet to find any indication that there was more than one built.
All of the information i have been able to find is from an old article from a Powersports show in Cincinnati in 1994.
The article said they were to be built with XTR M900 components, pulstar hubs, Mavic 231 rims and a Rock Shox Sl Ti fork.
The bike when I received it had non of the parts that the article had listed. Just a bunch of mis-matched parts.
If there was a display bike at the show I would like to know what the build was so I can return it to the original build.
There was a thread here from several years ago about a Lemond mountain bike and someone had responded that they were the head welder for Clark Kent and I was wondering if that person is still around the forum.

What sort of information are you looking for? No doubt photos might help a lot on IDing it and providing background.
To my knowledge, Clark Kent bikes were originally built in Denver CO.

I tried and failed miserably to post pictures of the bike and finally admitted defeat!
