Seeking info on bicicleta GARMI

I recently acquired an early (80-ish) Vitus 979 frame branded GARMI. I am led to believe it is a Spanish brand. Interweb search turned up only one live link, in Barcelona, and not a 979 -
bicicleta clasica carretera Garmi - 84584826 - Deporte y Ocio

Anyone heard of this brand? Maybe a "house brand", as all the V-979 were produced in the same factory...

Thanks for any help.

About to get my Sean Kelly mojo on,
Tom
