Black Downtube Cable Stops

Doing up another retro-mod build and am trying to find decent looking black cable stops. Anyone know where to get them?

Ideally, they'd look like this:


I see plenty of these but they're just plain ugly IMO.

Alternatively, I may paint a pair of silver stops and call it a day.

Bikes: they change so much I'm tired of updating this

I've bought black Campagnolo cable stops off eBay a few times.

Yeah they fit the same as the other stops, no difference. Really couldn't tell why their Campy.

Seen some Bianchis that used black ones, generally on lower-cost bike models, similar to the top examples shown and mainly made of plastic, not alloy IIRC.
