Their price on Raceblade XL is also very good. I've worked these out on my CX frame and made them near-enough full coverage by adding a PDW Origami (front) splash guard to the seat tube. (cut some wings off the Origami and narrowed the flare on its mount with a heat gun)
If you have a bike with no brake bolt holes and no dropout bosses, the Raceblade XL about the only choice out there. Even though they're rated for 32mm, I get good enough coverage on 38mm Compass Barlows.

after you get them adjusted, it's 3 minutes to install, and 30 seconds to remove.

ps, if you do buy these, the trick is you shape the fender by sliding it in the stays. They provide screws to pin the fender in the stays, but before you use them, try them a few weeks and get the shape of the fender just where you want it before you use the screws.

45mm fenders are perfect for 1-1/4", which = 32mm
Those chromplastics are essentially the modern version of Bluemels.

SKS owns the Bluemels name now, and puts reflectors on the edges and calls them Bluemels.

if you need 23 or 25mm clinchers, their prices on Veloflex are great and will get your basket up to free shipping across the pond.

Veloflex are the old Vittoria employees making the same tire still in Italy.
