I found a bike on craigslist for $25 and I can't seem to find anything similar on google

If you take it in go slowly and carefully with removal of the black paint. There may perchance be some helpful information remaining on the original yellow finish.
There have been so many cycle marques with the name Royal that it makes it difficult to search out the correct one.
