Gorgeous bike and nicely dressed out.!
I recently tried to buy the same version from a seller a couple of hours from me. Our meeting got derailed by a snowstorm then the seller changed his mind. Arghhh...

It is a really nice racing machine with top flite components from that time..
Btw, probikekit orders take awhile to get to Toronto as well. Ribble and merlin are usually within 7-10 days from my experience.

The bike was built up in good old Toronto. Probikekit maybe does not like the snow, cold and all that.
Anyways, I am pondering my next project...a new built with a vintage Colnago Master Lite X (actually, they are still in production and that frame cost a arm and a leg if you know what I mean).

I like bikes but sometimes I have to remind myself it's really just about the ride so I'll be selling some of mine soon. Just can't make up my mind

Ha ha , what do yah know. Hey, if you're interested in another vintage top flite bike and you're still in the Toronto area check out 'my little bike shop'. I think he's on college by ossington. Incredible bikes and pretty decent prices. Just a mecca of vintage. Ask to see his storage room. He even has/had 3 black nos colnago anniversary bikes. He posts on kijiji regularly but mostly his modern stuff.

I never knew there is a bike shop at College and Ossington, pass by that numerous times and I do not recall seeing one (not if I was actually looking haha).
I have a friend that has a Colnago Master Lite X 30th Anniversary edition (art décor). Pretty Bike, but the size is too big (53). My size is 50 (centre to centre at seat tube).

It's a couple of blocks West of Ossington on the North side of College. Pretty unassuming old house that is easily missed, but slammed full of bikes.
Beautiful De Rosa you have. I've been looking for one with late SR or early CR for quite a while

Hi,
Your bike is very nice,
fortunally i own the nearly same bike!
I did all my Mountain cycling with this bike,
because it is very stiff and save.
Gross Glockner downhill i did more than 110 km/h
top speed.

I'll say it again - very nice bikes. "Mountain cycling" I had a mental picture of ripping down a rocky single track, fortunately not the case I think ha ha.

I am very happy with the deltas. They are very reliable and very strong.
I have three bikes with the deltas. Two are second generation, one is the
fifth generation. I can compare it with the super record as well as with the
cobaltos, i also own the latest super records, they are minimum as good as
the mentioned. From the optical point of view are they unbeatable.
It is allways very nice to find people with a similar taste.
My other bikes You can find under flickr.

Also like the Deltas...very adjustable. They're a pain to get set up, but once the toe in is right, they're as good as a decent set of dual pivots.
Granted, they're needlessly heavy, big, etc...but they're awfully pretty, and they work fine.
