Identifying lunged frame (maybe Italian) (might be mid 70's relay not sure)

I was given this by a friend who had no idea what he had (it was given to him and sat under his deck and rusted for a few years... ) It came to me built up with what looks to be mix of Campy Record and what I think is 1st Gen Super Record ( except for newer Mavic rear mech also 1st gen) . Im wondering if any one knows what this frame might be? It seams to be nicly luged in the front but then brazed in the back (maybe repaired). The BB is Italian threaded, and I'm guessing the paint is not original. Any help at all would be amazing

thanks

Erin F

This will be interesting! I know I've seen the "T" panto-piercing before but am drawing a blank. It's on the tip of my brain but...hoping somebody with intact braincells will chime in about now.

Was thinking maybe some sort of old Tommasini but the T seems all wrong.

I have a vague recollection that it's Swiss (or French/Italian/Swiss) and something like "Tissot" the watch company but no, that ain't it. Oh for better brains!
Are those Campy vertical DOs? There were not many frames that used 'em and they had more of a hay-day in the '70s and tis frame seems a bit later...not much later tho.
No cable guide on the LH of the BB or did it break off?
