Id of a Bianchi Frame
Bianchi frame ID
Purchased this bike recently, seller said frame sponsorship deal when he raced, and parents owned Bianchi delearship. Columbus SBX tubing and made in Italy stickers. Has a B in the lower headtube lug and Bianchi engraved in the rear brake bridge. No name on the vertical rear dropouts, NDS has T113 stamped on the inside. Front dropouts Tang would a Bianchi made in Italy come with a Tang fork?. BB English threading. Weight of complete bike as it sets 24.2 lb Componets a mix of Campy. Any idea where this frame fits in the Bianchi lineup?
Thx for any help

The SBX frames came out around '93, and like the Formula frames it was a special tube set for Bianchiwith that oversized and ovalized downtube. I don't know about the sponsorship thing, I know Bianchi did some sponsoring back in the '80s. I am pretty sure these came with a Columbus fork but l'll have to look that up when I have time tomorrow evening. These came as a complete bike, don't rember the group, or as frame/ fork

Can anyone direct me to, or provide scans (readable ones) of the 92,93,94 Bianchi catalog showing the SBX bikes and frames and there specifications.
Thanks
