Turns out it's a Cilo. I wont bother trying to post a picture, since my phone and computer refuse to upload one. I'm gonna repaint the frame, and maybe reassemble it with the Dura Ace components.

For what its worth, posting pictures on this site sucks. If you upload to the forums, you have to go through the hassle of resizing. Which is a hassle. The alternative is to fart around with external hosting. photobucket.com is now terrible. Google Photos doesn't make it easy to provide a stable direct link to the .jpg. What are the alternatives?

Google made it a little harder since the picasa and google plus days.

I just right-click the image from my google photos albums, "copy image location", and paste the location into the forum's insert image tool.

I don't know why they got rid of picasa. I'm working off an old computer that I want to replace/upgrade, but one of the reasons I'm putting it off is that it'll mean losing picasa, which I still use for all my lightweight photo editing and organization.
