@romperr @DQRider I decided to go for the changes, having had another transaction fall through that left me with some spare cash. I've always loved white components and since this is not a period frame I don't feel bad about picking up a couple of pieces that are not typical for prewar color combinations. I wound up with white 27x1 1/4" tires, a white Cardiff saddle (B17 style without springs), a chrome 16" Sunlite frame pump, a Soma lauterwasser handlebar, and a cheap Indian-made white leather saddle bag. No idea what it will all look like together (except white and red and chromey) but I'm hoping for the best!

The frame is painted and ready to begin assembling. I'll pull out the components and start getting organized next weekend. Now it's time to enjoy Spring Break! Cheers!
