Bianchi Strada

Hi,
I don't mean to double post, but I'm not getting much attention over in the Hybrid section.

Here's my post over there: https://www.bikeforums.net/hybrid-bic...hi-strada.html

The bike is about 330 miles away from me at my son's house, and I probably won't have it for a week or two. Anyone ride this model, because it sounds like a really nice bike? I'm way more excited about it than my wife is.

I think the first thing I'll be doing to it is getting a set of Surly Openbar handlebars. I've used them in the past and really like them. My wife likes more of an upright position, so they should work really nice on this bike.

Do you have any pics of the actual bike? Perhaps your son could send you some.

Here's what he sent. Yesterday when the ad was still up there were better shots. It looks like the stem was replaced as the original was adjustable. He took the kids to the zoo today in Omaha, so hopefully he sends me a couple full side view shots later. Those Gatorskins look really new.

Here's a better one of the full bike. I think this could be an '07? I think the Volpe and Strata have the same frame with the Volpe having higher end components and drop bars.
