Identifying early problematic IRD freewheels

Hey folks - anyone familiar with IRD freewheels know how to tell the difference between the earlier problematic ones (I understand may have been recalled) and the later versions? Would like to include them in my hunt for a better grade secondhand 28h freewheel.
