Meral main page
Meral - Vintage Velo French bike, seems they were made with decent framesets and components - didn't find a huge amount about them in a very quick search. More closeup photos would help. Welcome aboard! |

Welcome to the forums. I couldn't find much more than 16Victor. I haven't seen Miloinfrance post for a while but he may know more.
I did find this. http://www.bikeforums.net/singlespee...ral-bikes.html Your bike looks like a decent but lower end frame likely made with some sort of carbon steel or mangalloy tubing. With good doses of TLC and elbow grease it will likely be a good fun rider. |

They were very good bike. La confrerie des 650B had an article on Meral a while ago. It was a family firm and with aging owners it closed up in the late 80s I believe.

I've come across a few Merals. Nice bikes, that always seem to get my attention. Like now. :)
Here's one I spotted at Eroica Limburg last year: https://myalbum.com/photo/gyZifuhIGA8V/1k0.jpg |
