From the serial number: the frame is made in France, "2"=1992, "C3" (or 03) = March.
From the Barcode Label: FB15G is the Peugeot model, ACUA51M5JA a set of codes for features of the bicycle.
Edit: AC= ?
UA= country? don't know which country UA might designates.
51 = size 51cm
M = colour, M=mauve
5JA= ?

Sorry, I have no good idea.
From my limited experience: Some generators you pull the rollong edge of the generator away from the wheel. This releases a catch and then a spring pulls the roller to the wheel.
