Milremo was Ron Kitching in London and Andre Bertin in Paris. Mostly it was French parts repackaged to sell in UK, although it went both ways. Those look like Stronglight 49a cranks with a Milremo stamp. Rings are TA in the Criterium pattern. Cranks are too chunky to be early. Without something else to go by anywhere from late 50s to early 70s. Both cranks and rings had a very long run.

Thought I would add this link for anyone seeking info about MilRemo and their products
