I made the lowball offer and watched his face. It looked like he was going to say no. Perfect right? Wrong! He came back with 5 dollars more than my low ball offer.

If you are planning on flipping it here then by all means keep the cost a secret. If not I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering what a low ball offer plus $5 ads up to....
