1948 3 speed Humber bike
I have the opportunity to buy one ridable 1948 Humber (man) with 3 speed Sturmey and Brooks saddle (dyno in the hub) - the bike is in perfect riding condition but needs to be repainted and derusted of course. Only the front light is missing. Saddle is in perfect condition.
How much should I pay for this very comfortable and pleasant bike ?

First, decide how much you're willing to pay, then begin your negotiation by offering one-fourth that amount. If the seller is a friend, begin by offering half the max.
It would be extraordinary to pay more than $50 unless the bike is a remarkable item.
