I usually post this on St David's day, but impending weather had me preoccupied.
Looks like Saturday, April 14th this year (Patriot's Day weekend). C&V themed, but all are welcome. 45-ish miles of nice, flat, paved trail.

Possible I may be able to ride the whole thing from pretty much my front door. The bridge is up over the mighty Swan & the lead up to it on the Yarmouth side is graded & ready to be paved, probably needs to get a bit warmer for that. Took the dog for a walk on the Dennis side a couple of weeks back & there were piles of dirt waiting to be leveled out. Gonna ride the mt bike out there soon to check it out. I'd give it a 40% chance that it'll all be connected up by Pat's day.

Yes. This thread was started during a time when I was too busy to check in regularly. So I started another fortunately proposing the same day. It has gotten several responses. Also a few Boston area folks have expressed interest.
We will be there with the tandem.

One week from today. And Bob's WILL be open this time. No foraging at the French bakery this trip!

(For those who don't know, Scott was responsible for us going down the slippery road of riding a vintage tandem. He sold us the frame and a box of components, which we picked up in a rain-swept parking lot long ago in a galaxy far, far away.)
