Italian frame identification request
Hello all y'all, I was bottom feeding the other day at the coop and have been wondering what this is. Italian bb, no fork and appears to be a repainted.
I know you guys enjoy sleuthing so here you go! What is it? Looks like a project but most likely not for me, this is at the Bikery in Seattle.
