What Miele is this?
So I picked this up last week. It's a Miele of some sort, I can't figure out what. No marks on the dropouts. No "Miele" stamped on the seatstays. Had Sante shifters on it and Dura Ace derailleurs and crankset. It's pink which looks original. Any information would be helpful. I did read this link below which was helpful. Be nice to know the year, model, and tubing though.
Any info on my Miele Cicli?

The presence of a pump peg and dual bottle bosses indicates no earlier than 1987. Santé would indicate a Chic! while Dura-Ace would be an Equipe Pro. However, both of these models would have had a chromed fork, embossed stay caps, a front derailleur tab and, in the case of an Equipe Pro, chromed stays. I see that it has a Shimano 600 Ultegra headset which, if OEM, would place it no older than 1988. The 600 Ultegra model was the Gara 88. While it didn't have the embossed stay caps, it did have a front derailleur tab and chromed forks. Consequently, the frame appears to have been rebuilt using mixed components.
The mid to upper end component build is perplexing given that the lack of a chrome fork and front derailleur tab would indicate one of the lower sports models. These typically employed Tange or Ishiwata tubesets, Pending further evidence, my leading candidate is a Classica, which was available in "Soft Pink" for 1988 and used a Tange #2 frame outfitted with SunTour Olé components. The serial number may provide further clues. You could also remove the fork and check for manufacturer and date code stamps.

Thank you for that. I should have taken the fork out before. However, it only says "made in Taiwan" and does not have the tubing name or date. Might be buried in the paint and id have to wire brush it to find out. . I cannot find a serial number on the frame. The rear brake bridge says "brev silva" .

For the serial number, check the lower seat tube, often on the back.
