NERVEX Quick Release Skewer

The other day in the course of a search for somethng else chanced up this image of a NERVEX QR skewer.
In my experience they are pretty darn rare and thought to ask if any readers have any knowledge or experience of them.
My one NERVEX (Francolam) catalogue nominally dates from 1958 and showseth them not.
Have had a broken and incomplete one in the workshop for several decades and kept it around as a sample even though it is not, nor could ever be, of any practical use.
The example in the photo is OEM on an early 1970's Urago bicycle roughly comparable to a U08.
The distinctive waffle pattern on the lever makes them easy to spot from a distance of several metres.
