1980s Bianchi ID?

I am a middle aged newbie as I purchased my first road bike a month ago, but when i mentioned my new love to a neighbour he produced this barn find and gave it to me. I would love to get it on the road again, but can't help wonder what it is. Any advice on options to upgrade to index shifting?

frame: Bianchi?
headset: Campagonolo
seat: Selle Italia
front derailleur: Shimano Dura ace
rear derailleur: Magic 851?
brakes: Modolo Professional
levers: Modolo Intern
wheels: Montreal Durex tubular
hubs:Campagnolo

The Bianchi Special by Columbus decals indicate a 1985, Italian manufactured model. It has been frankenbiked to an extant that that the exact model is indeterminant but the presence of a chromed, drive side, chain stay suggests a Mondiale or Campione. This assumes it is a USA market model.

Regarding indexing, I'd probably go with 7 speed Shimano, unless you're prepared to cold set the frame and invest in new wheels.

Thanks for the info! I have never had to deal with tubular tires, so I plan to source some clincher rims. Someone locally has a mid nineties Trek 1220 with a broken frame for sale for $50. I could salvage the clincher rims, 7 speed Shimano sti shifters and derailleur.
