Bikes: Still have a few left!
My roots go back to the 1st TG, (but he wasn't a Puritan, just hired security). Like them, I celebrate another year of life and can count many blessings to be thankful for. Don

Holiday logistics required I bring a vehicle out of hibernation. Been using bike exclusively. An hour attending to things, leave late to avoid the crazy drivers. Rain...
well that is needed and might just knock out the local fires. Moon roof leaking... Not the main seal but the "glass" to the seal... Hmm.
engine throws a code... Prepared for that, second o2 sensor not happy. Friday for that.
Even driving late there were LeMans wannabees making the trip a bit more stress than it needed to be. One flew by only to be passed as his front end was buried in the center divider. Hydroplaning can bite hard. Conditions were ripe for that- no rain for months then a lot.
be safe and ride off your extra calories.

Happy Thanksgiving. I’m grateful for the kind, knowledgeable, and generous forum members. I hope everyone has a splendid day.
Hopefully, people will share their dinner spreads. I’m going to try to spatchcock the turkey this year.

I skipped turkey day by accident, touring, lol, but didn't exactly go hungry. 😉 I just realized though, I missed hearing Alice's Restaurant, an old personal tradition. 😎😁

This month my wife and I are celebrating the 50th anniversary of our first date (Beatles' "Yellow Submarine" animated film). We are thankful for two fine young adult sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law and a probable future second daughter-in-law, and two delightful little grandsons, age 3-1/2 and 1-1/2. I am also very thankful for the many friends -- both on the road and online -- I have met through our shared passion for bicycling.
