Flat or Curved Cable Stops

I am restoring a 1990 Serotta and am not sure what type of down tube cable stops to use. It is braze on ready. Please advise. Thx

Curved.

Flat is usually for aluminum frames or anything with fat downtubes.

Either will work but curved usually look better on most steel frames.
