However:

9sp DA crankset, polished.
54t DA big ring. The inner ring does not matter, can be anything.
DA 7700 brakes.
DA 7800 DT shifters.
Rolf Vector Pro wheelset 700c/650c
28.6 fluted seat post.
105 black RD/FD.
Getting a stem/bar combo, which is basically a 60mm stem and bullhorns.
DiaCompe TT brake levers.
White saddle, wrap, black housing.
Pink and white, with some black accents and white saddle, wrap.

The black fork was a no, so I'm getting it painted.

Well hopefully when you are speeding down the road leaving people in your dust they will call your bike "The Abomination that Makes Desolation." Sorry just a not so sly reference to your "abomination comment."

That is a lot of DA which is going to be super nice. I wanted to use DA on mine but because of price I ended up with tri-color 600 which is still very nice as it is mint. Eventually I want to get DA for my other frame of this bike when I have the funds.

I have to look up that Vector Pro wheel set as I have not seen it yet. Love bullhorns!

The white saddle and wrap is a fantastic choice and that is the route I went.....vintage Rolls white leather, cork tape.

The choice of black housing is very interesting because I did the same on that and friend is giving me sh....t. He can jump in a lake. I have a black stem and hoods so it matches.

It ends up being pink and white with some black accents just like you said. It is close to the pictures that DumpTruck Juinor put up...not implying that is why you chose it by the way.

Didn't you say that you had gotten a Zunow for your fork? The right fork is the headache for sure.

Last question I promise: Are you going to use a disk wheel on the back ever? I think a white one by Fir would be fantastic but expensive of course. I like the disk wheels but not so pragmatic though.

Sir, I sincerely pray that your dream comes true because it is a beautiful dream. Don't every quit dreaming because that is the magic of life. Not just the finish line is great....it is the journey. And also I like your choice of fork.

Probably not with the Rolf Vector Pro's. There are clip-on disks available, but many are angular like a Stealth fighter, and this, being late 80's, early 90's, would suffer from incongruity.

Originally, I had a complete black group for this, other than the DT shifters. As I fell into the DA stuff, that changed. I'm still pondering a 7800 RD and I already have a 7700 FD, so we could go full-on polished and retain the era...

Right now, I just have no time. The removal of the Rolf decals is about 2 hours, alone, per wheel, and I have to choose a headset.

As I recall, Kenny Souza (Duathlon King) rode a Haral very similar to this bike bitd. Also I think tennis great Ivan Lindell was featured in an advertisement (bitd) on a Haral similar to this centurion.

Yeah retaining the era is always nice. Yeah ....time......and money .....those are factors that can grind on you. And the rarity of some of these parts. However, it might just teach me patience by default...I keep hoping i stumble in to patience. The hunt is fun and talking about it all.

If you have any pictures please post them.
I strongly recommend a blog (I do not run it) at Lo pro cycling club which is called lopro blogspot. It is a veritable Aladdin's cave of vintage eighties and early nineties time trial bicycles. Hundreds upon hundreds of color photos of gorgeous vintage bicycles....many very rare obviously. A lot of famous cyclist and info is to be found there too. For me it is like a bike porn almanac.
