What would you like to know?
It looks like a mid-90s road bike. I believe the Interval was an entry-level model. Looks like someone upgraded with Campy brifters.

Bikes: roadsters, club bikes, fixed and classic

Looks like a tossed salad of parts. That front caliper is way 'off the front'. Not my cup-o-tea.

Bikes: everywhere

I had one of those briefly. But mine was a 1999. I paid $60 for it. 7-speed RSX brifters, derailleurs and brakes. Weighed 26 or 27 lbs.

The one pictured above looks like a 1997. Original specs here:

The reason why things get done to bikes is usually because they can, like everything I supppose. Perhaps that front caliper was a bolt on model as opposed to an allen keyed caliper which has a shorter bolt. They added spacers to the front of the bolt and voila.

Really the bike is ok if it's built right. I don't think those campy brfiters will index those gears for instance. They have little to no value without matching drivetrain. There's a special thread to use if you actually wanted an evaluation but off the cuff, maybe $150 is a reasonable ask?

If it's built right.

I see could be a silver-chrome homemade adaptation. Maybe a bushing they found into the drawer. The original bolt was shorter and they had not a good spare part...

My favorite part about that bike. 38mm knobbies were kinda tight in back, but they DID fit!
