Never heard of Jean Brun si a quick bit of research and I found he was a racer in the 50s/60s and opened his shop in the centre of the city.
I looked up the shop on goooogle maps. It was 100m away!
in the same building since 1961 and the grandson running it. Fabulous, a shame they don't build frames any more!

That front tire looks nasty.... Cool bike, but I don't think I would ride it over 1 MPH with that tire.
