Found these NOS NIW Detto cleats with hardware for $10 on evilpay. I should be good to go for another 30 years.

Walking in this is like walking on teflon. I was walking on a pier and nearly fell into the water. I even carried my bike going down stairs while wearing these. It was nearly suicidal.
