Update... here’s where I’m at. Bottom bracket was stripped. Waiting on a threadless one and that’s pretty much it.

Nice homemade work stand! Eventually, you will want a real one, but kudos for making one that works for now!

yea it gets the job done until I can convince the wife to let me drop $200 on a repair stand...
