Might be a 74-76 Olympic or Super Olympic model.

Bikes: A bunch of old bikes and a few new ones

Nice job of posting on your own thread until you had enough posts to to post a picture,

This is a really good bike and parts are available. You should strip the bike down to the frame. That way you can clean it, deal with any rust, and wax it. Then the bike needs to be overhauled and all consumables need to be replaced. If the bike has tubulars (and it looks like it might from the pics), you will want to consider building or buying clincher wheels for this.

We can talk you through fixing this beauty up and we can help you keep the costs down.

Yes.

Chrome front and rear, fishmouth stays, 531 throughout. The rear mech is not original.

Bikes: '68 Masi Special road, Grail bike

the oversize seatstay caps tells me it's their top of the line frame and
it could have been made by Bernard Carre

Thanks everyone for sharing of your knowledge! ...and making me supermotivated to get this bike back to regular use.

Moving to a place with a garage in some months, so then I have somthing additonal to look forward to!

Before I start, is there anything in particular I should check out before I start putting time and money into this? Could there by anything which would not make this bike worth the investments?
Also on parts..and guestimates on what I should have in mind as budget both in time and money to get it close to original?

Agian, thanks for all comments. Highly appreciated!
