Claud Butler

Hi...I have a vintage Claud Butler frame. I'm trying to identify it. The frame number is difficult to make out. 86716 or 867 / C . On top of the handlebars is ' tour... champion S.Maes and World champion M. Kint....Thanks..Neil

the cycle's stem and bar set is by Titan of Belgium

one dating aid is whether the markings on the bar are read from the cyclist's side or from the front of the bicycle

with no free advertising, pertinent questions would be:

1. What size is the frame? Undamaged fork included?
2. Where do you live? City?
3. Original paint?
4. Any rust? How many small dents?
5. Bottom bracket and/or headset included?
