Wheel lug Ornaments?
Anyone know the name of those decorative pieces that would fit on the end of the wheel lugs (disc shape typically) -they covered the lug nuts for the hub? A source? Also, the reflectors that would fit over the wheel hubs? Usually just a loose leather/vinyl strap with a reflector that would stay centered as the wheel rotated -thank you!

Is the first question regarding BMX axle pegs?
When I was a kid I bought leather straps that attached together with a small reflector to keep the hub centers clean.
Hub Shiners they were called, about 20 mm wide, long enough to fit around a typical front hub and the rear longer to fit over a Sturmey-Archer rear hub, as those always collected oil and dirt.
Turin Bicycle Co-op Chicago, where Sturmey-Archer is King of Gears.
