Centurion model identification request







I currently have my eyeballs on a vintage centurion bicycle, I have no idea what model it is, if any of y'all could share some of your expertise it would be much appreciated, I've never seen the handlebars like this before, Thanks - Gerry
seller just sent more information serial number MF00173, suntour cyclone rear derailleur, dia-compe brakes
