Hi.....I love my Miyata 310 bike. I am looking for a repair manual or any information on this bike. Your help is much appreciated.

The 310 is a nice bike. I'm not aware of any official service manual, but you have the best source of information right here...

Can you list the components for us?

Hi. I’ve also got one and really enjoy it.

Here is a link to the Miyata Catalogs of the 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s: https://www.ragandbone.ca/Miyata/miyata_selector.html

Here is a very long Miyata thread from this forum: Just how big is the Miyata Cult?

You won’t find a repair manual but most vintage bikes of similar eras more or less work the same, and there is information aplenty between this website and the rest of the internet on how to service bicycles. Here is a good place to start: https://www.sheldonbrown.com/

Other than that search Bike Forums for various repairs you need to do and you’ll find a thread on it, or you can start your own.

stevew999 , it will be much easier to guide you thru it if you can upload some photos but you'll need to have 10 posts under your belt before you can do so. To get there, give us some details about your bike.

What derailleurs does it have?

Bikes: Mostly japanese ones

Youtube will have some applicable information like this

This is assuming it's the same type of bottom bracket, which is likely on a stock 310.

Might be some small differences, but you would need the crank puller, lockring tool, and something to get the adjustable cup off.
