Please Help identify Mystery Garage Find Frameset

Hi guys

This frameset was purchased a long time ago form a deal info here.
Its been safety hidden and stored away for quite awhile.
I also have a chromed fork SOMEWHERE safe in my garage. I hope I find it.

Do any members remember it ? Comments and Thought are always welcome. Any info at all would be helpful

I am slowly cleaning my BORG cube filled garage and this cherry was hung and wrapped in the very rear.
Hoping to return to cycling fold

Thanks So Much

Carlo Dossena did a lot of contract painting for several shops in the Greater Milan area. You see examples from diverse brands like the frames made by (or attributed to) Billato or the Conti/Bonati concerns but also a LOT of the frames sold as "Titan of Switzerland" (but were made in Italy) and sold via a US based eBay vendor.

They often came without any fork, or the seller offered a "generic" fork for a bit more $$, and they were unclear about what the tubing was, could be Columbus SL, Aelle, a blend or..."mystery" but these all seemed to be well made and most had these unique artistic paint finishes.

So my guess is this is what you have here, there's a really long thread (or 2) on the subject if you search for "Titan of Switzerland"
