I copied this pic out of a magazine at the grocery store. Anyone eagle-eyed enough to ID the bike?

Schwinn but interesting the rear is wider than the front. Can’t tell the “tank”
probably “custom” of some sort...
maybe he was sold it as a real rare one...
like the Porsche he went to court over as it had been faked to a higher spec than original to the tube of hundreds of thousands in value.

Tank, rear rack, short chrome front fender, springer fork, sprung saddle. Modern looking front hub.

Could be a 1995 100th anniversary cruiser.
