Fleeting bicycle

While browsing the web tonight I came across an ad for a bicycle called "Fleeting". From what I can make out from the few pictures the nameplate says Fleeting and I can make out "Made in Spain" on the headtube. It has cantilever brakes and downtube shifters. I can't make out what the mech is. Does anyone have any insight on this bike? They want $75 for it but I can probably get it for $50.

Looks like it says Fleet Wing to me. Might be worth $50 to you. To me it looks like $50 + another $150 to get it even where I'd want to cruise on it. It would probably make a fun single speed or fixed gear.

The lettering seems to say "Made in Japan".

The brake levers and bars are also interesting. I like the shift levers.
