By "bike stand" do you mean something on which to keep your bike upright while not being ridden or a stationary trainer like a CycleOps or similar? I will assume the latter for the moment. I have a CycleOps. There's nothing special about it. I have no idea what, if anything, it would integrate with other than my bike (Zwift, etc). It's boring as can be, so it is rarely used, but when needed it's handy to have around.

If this is a trainer-type stand for riding indoors, check the local bike co-op or used bike emporium. Many of these are bought new with good intentions, until the buyer discovers the monotony. Then they get donated.

From the post it sounds like he is asking about a trainer for indoor Winter riding.

If the topic is a "repair stand", the one Aldi carries in the spring is the best bang for the buck EVER!
