So how ugly is this orange in contrast to the Celeste? Should I respray it dark blue to match the lettering? Black? Decoupage?
Who will be riding it?? I can think of some cool ideas if it will be a rider for you...

I like the idea of rear triangle orange and then orange cabling!

I’m not sure you should buy anything for it.
Use what you have, keep it fugly.
Leave it out, someone will steal it.
Then the fun starts.

It's a very good candidate to set up as a single speed (those are the wheels shown) and other parts laying around (I have plenty) and then give away to a grad student in need. Of course, the first couple who'll try to claim it will be taller than I am at 5'10" (that's happened before).

Bikes: roadsters, club bikes, fixed and classic

Those faux lugs were popular on SuperCyles here in Canada. Here's one that Browngc posted

In that case...make it uglier...

Cheap orange handle bar wrap around the seat tube with black electrical tape stripes, top and bottom....
Black electrical tape stripes on seat stays...an fork
Orange bar tape over Bianchi logo with single black electrical tape stripe borders...

That would be cool.

Bikes: yes

I like the color suggestions. Had a dark green Univega with scrapes. Tan touch up, and it was camo. The kids liked it.
Also, I would bet that the Canadian Supercycle, has Bridgestone stamped into the crank arm.

We do come from a family of entrepreneurs (note that I didn't use the modifier "successful" before that noun).

I gave away an Ironman once, to a Duke grad student.
Poor kid, he said, working tables in a coffee shop, so I met him there.
I was early, and he rode up on a Ducati.

597mm perhaps? This "SkyWay" didn't get such ornate lug work.

Needs a kickstand to really be ugly. Make it one that attaches at the non-drive rear dropout/chainstay and you've almost made the summit

I like it, I’d ride it if my size, use orange cables and fix the bent fork. Or fix the fork and repaint in Celeste, then the standard options of blue, black, or Celeste.

Well, the frame does have a kickstand plate, so that’s definitely on the build list!

I see you went with dark blue for the fork. I was hoping for the decoupage.

That fork is totally bent. I wouldn't bother with it. Just find a cheap used chrome one.

Compare to the lugs and top tube braze-ons of the C-Itoh that is sitting on my trainer until I can come across a mixte. (I would have passed on it if it didn't have two fresh tires in a size I needed).

Looks identical to me.
