BERMM? road bike

Posting this in C&V since the seller lists this as a "Vintage Road Bike" but even to my untrained eyes some parts of this bike don't look very vintage. But it looks like an interesting bike, and I'm curious if anyone can tell me about the marque? I'm reading this as BERMM, but maybe that final character is something else?

Not only have I never heard of this, my google search for "bermm bike" turned up only articles on riding MTBs on berms. I'm stumped. Let me know if you know what this is.

Bikes: Many!

Berma Cicli is my guess. I don’t have any info, just some quick googling got me this result.

The pantograph on the seatstay cap looks the same as the decal on the bike you’ve posted. Maybe I’m crazy.

e: And the fork looks kinda Cannondale to me, again I’m no expert.

Thanks, SoccerBallXan, I'm sure you are right. What I took to be a second M in the name, is apparently an A. Not the most attractive font for the nameplate, in my opinion, but who am I to judge.
