Need help identifying this frame

Good day!
I need some help identifying this road frame. I got this from a local junkyard for Php1,500 (USD30). I've been meaning to have it as a side restoration project, paint and all.
I've been scouring the net for the past few days trying to identify it with no luck. The only clues I have is an 8-digit serial (92011377) and its cable stops also seemed to have been cut out.
Checked with the Asian Serial Guide here in the forums too in hopes of finding a match since I'm in Asia. And I found Toyo, KHS, and Kuwahara to have the same format kinda. However, I checked their catalogs and I haven't found a match.

I hope someone could help me. Thank you very much!

Link to the pics here. I can't upload photos yet.

I'll hazard it's Brit. Here's a place for you to start on the off chance no one here recognizes it straight away?

Might you provide the seat post size and bottom bracket threading?

Thank you for the response. I’ll look into that link. Its seatpost size is 25.4mm. and its bottom bracket is english threaded.

A 25.4mm set post is indicative of hi-tensile steel. This, in combination with a forged rear dropout with an integral hanger and the complete absence of braze-ons, other than cable tunnels on top of the BB shell and some cut off cable stops, has me leaning towards early 1980s (I'm wondering if the lead 9 indicates 1979 manufacture). I also believe it is Asian in origin, based on the rear dropout style. Given the OP"s location, it is probably some SE Asian brand that was never marketed in North America.

Thank you for the detailed insight! It really helped. For the moment, I’ll just sand and paint it in plain color just to avoid any more rust while I seek for its origin. Thank you again! 😃
