Tecnotrat Frames?

I have seen a post on here from back in 2019 on Tecnotract frames. I have a bike that I am trying to ID which came to badged as a Holdsworth, but its not. I have had a couple of people suggest Tecnotrat and I have to say from what I have seen there are some similarities. Would anyone know if this is one too? Mine is built as track/sprint, but could have been modified I guess, it seems to be plain gauge and takes a 26.8mm stem. The only number I can find is 55 on the DT socket of the BB. This does't relate to any frame angles as far as I can see, could be CTC frame size I guess as the frame is 56cm CTT. any thoughts? did they build track/sprint frames?
