Sourcing brake cable clips cheap!

As part of the great bike giveaway (money pit charity exercise), I find myself with about 6-7 fixies that will be custom painted/refurbished for the kids. However, looking for brake cable clips has been a treat on ebay and amazon. Mostly $2.50-3.00 per clip. Don't want to do the zip tie thing, and plastic clips seem non-existent.

I will take the plunge and buy several 4 clip sets (~$8.00 I think), for them, but since sizing with fixies can be 28.6, 25.4, 31.whatever, I was wondering if any of you had some sources cheap.

Considering I bought 5 Domino's pizza delivery fixies for $75 total, I can probably afford paint AND clips...but...

The only agreement was that I could not keep them as identifiable except for one personal example.
