What Derailleur is This..?

Picked up another old Torpado today but do not recognize the rear derailleur. The only marking that I can see (so far) is Five Speed. Does anyone know what kind (make and model) this old rear derailleur is...?

Never Mind - I just figured it out - should have recognized it myself.

Shimano Lark. Some of them were part of the Centeron shifting thing.

The big hint was that last photo

I know but my old eyes did not look so good. Thought it read Five Speed (I know, I know, I know - sheesse). Sorry to waste other's time, even on a lark. Now I gotta find a Gian Robert rear derailleur or say to heck with restoration (after all, I just finished restoring another Torpado with a Campy tranny).
