I am going to guess a Nashbar with a swapped out fork!

Just for fun, I will note that my Tenax Schwinn Voyageur takes a 26.6 post, has seat stays that wrap similarly and a chain holder peg on the seat stay. I trust the judgement of folks who have already spoken, though.

I agree with T-Mar about this being a Maruishi build. If it was badged Nashbar (which I think is very likely) it would have been a Race SIS, which would mean a Tange 2 tubing. I think the remnants of pink inside the seat tube would be consistent with the Nashbar offering.

That’s the one I was thinking. Your pictures show the fork is original...oops on that...
