Cinelli wolfs ear lugs?
These look like it to me, seems like very few if any others used them from what little I know.
This is not a Cinelli, but it is pretty dang cool IMO.

Plenty of UK builders used a lug that looked like that.

1972 Condor as found. The original owner bought it while working in London. He sent it back to the store in the mid 80s to spread the rear spacing. They also added some braze ons and repainted/decaled it. He then put the 600 group on minus the crank/shifters. It's 1 size too big. I'll eventually clean it up and put it in the for sale section.

That was an interesting score, to say the least! The original owner kept every part he had or tried on the bike. The original group was Campy NR. I got all of this with it. There is stuff not included in the picture like a pair of Suntour ratcheting barcons. He had the Condor water bottle that came with it, but it cracked/broke when I pulled it from the cage. Also had a plastic bag from the original store that I can't find at the moment. That's a 57T Campy ring that he used to do TTs with. I'm going to frame it and hang it on a wall at my office.

Check the Bob Jackson page of the CR website, at least 2 from show coverage images.

It's a Prugnat lug, can't recall the model number right now but, as said, Bob Jackson used these quite a bit as did Holdsworth and other Brit Brands.
EDIT: digging around a bit on Classic Lightweights UK and where Google led me: these Prugnat lugs may be what Holdsworth (who had an Importer's deal with Prugnat) called "Italia" or "Italian Style", but also just "spearpoint". They are said to have been introduced (at least by Holdsworth, in UK) in around 1963.

EDIT TWO: That Condor sure looks to have some "Bill Hurlow" signature touches, such as the classic fastback seat cluster: it's a beauty!

You are correct about the "Italia" style. It's listed in the 1950 catalog. In the 60s catalog as well. Lots of good lug/fork crown info in those catalogs. They need to be on Velobase. Which member here runs Velobase? Seems like there's a Velobase thread up at the moment.
