Need help identifying my Pinarello
Hi all,
I just bought my first steel bike. Seller told me it's a Pinarello Asolo from 1981. I am not an expert by any means, but it appears that model wasn't even released until 1989 or so. Also the paint job and the shiny chrome triangle don't match up. Anyway, I fell down the rabbit hole of classic steel bikes a while ago and I will have no rest until I know what I have... Can you guys help? I've seen you do some impressive work in other threads! Serial number is 1V398 by the way.
