Gitane Love
Had this one for years but it keeps returning as one of my all time favourite riders despite its mid-level status. 1975 Tour De L’Avenir. I’ve owned and ridden lots of Gitanes over the years and I’ve never ridden one I didn’t like, high or low. Post yours here and share the Gitane joy!

Here's my 1983 Gitane Interclub. Mid level frame but rides oh so nice. I put over 1000 miles on it last year.

I've been on ebay looking for vintage track bikes (for the track, not the street) and I've been drooling over this one. Unfortunately it's in France.

A couple of TdFs: the gold one (1972) I no longer own, the blue one (1970-71) I currently own:

Here's my 1984 TDF. Used to be a Peugeot only guy before I got this bike. I have to confess that I seem to like the TDF more than my 1984 Peugeot PSV now..... |
I'm always happy to join in on spreading the good news of Gitane!
