Suntour? Superbe?
Found this when cleaning out the parts bin. It's a 28.6 clamp in great condition, and I haven't been able to find one that looks like it. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a Serotta seatpost clamp to me. See similar logo from an ebay pic

Folks, Thanks for the memories!
When I saw the posts indicating that it could be a Serotta, I knew it was from the Serotta Concours I was riding on August 4, 2018 when I was hit by a car and put in the hospital for a month. I sold off every part of that bike (someone actually knowingly bought the dented titanium frame!) as though it was the bikes fault. This is the last piece of that bike I have left (I think). It too will be sold, more out of superstition than anything else.
