Raleigh Parts?

I've got a 1976(?) Raleigh Colt. The crank shaft is bent. The number stamped on it is Y-3. It is different from my other English models. Just need a direction to some sources.

Measurements are also helpful. Assuming crankshaft means axle/spindle?
